Location: BoCo VA | well, i actually finished mine at christmas :) but i wanted to make more with it and just never got around to it..... i have this nack for dreaming up WAY more projects than i can possibly finish at one time........so needless to say i am a WIP Queen at this point. and we got our hours back at work (which is ok i guess, lol) so i have been missing you lovely ladies!!!! but there has been TONS of snow days and we cut hours again...sooooo... Guess who's back!!! :)
anyhow, i made this Pin Cushion for a friend of mine for Christmas. SHe just started quilting, and she is gay, so i thought what better gift than a Rainbow Pin Cushion!!! and i got tons of rainbow pins to put in it too. she LOVED!!!!!! it. i wish i had better pix of it, but i can't exactly ask to borrow it for a photo shoot. Lol.
hope everyone is doing well!

Location: New England | I am finished!!! Margo ... that pincushion is "sew" cute! Here is what became of the ugly fat quarter you sent in that found its way to me. I must admit that at first I thought it was "not so ugly" ... but when I tried to find fabric to add to the project, the "ugly" really showed itself ... I am happy with the results, though ...
I made a "French Kitchen" Tea Cozy ...
and had enough scraps left to make a Table Topper of my own design using some Atkinson Designs templates ...
I did a lot of quilting on this with a contrasting top thread that ... close-up of quilting ...
It warms my home this cold and sunny morning ...
Join me for tea, anyone? ... Pat
